We spoke to Germaine who is currently on the Virgin Media O2 Sales Graduate Scheme. She told us a little bit about her time on the scheme; from what she has enjoyed most to the reasons you should apply! Here’s what she had to say...
One awesome part of my programme is our yearly sales conference. It kicks off the year by bringing everyone together to celebrate wins. It also gave us the opportunity to network with colleagues from different offices, which was a fantastic way to make connections. Plus, the event gave insights into the company's 2024 strategy, and we also got to hear some incredible stories about how our solutions empower our customers to deliver. This left me feeling motivated and ready to exceed expectations.
The initial training offered on the scheme by my line manager exceeded all my expectations. I learnt so much about myself personally through the Insights Discovery training, and this also serves to help me professionally in my role.
Every aspect of the training felt expertly designed and thorough, helping me to exceed my targets every month since I started. I've also just met so many amazing colleagues who never hesitate to offer a helping hand - whether it be help with a new process or a gap in product knowledge.
