Cummins will, wherever possible, support you to achieve chartered or professional status.

Our preference is for Graduates who are aiming towards a 2:1 or higher, BSc or MSc in a relevant degree. We are looking for Graduates who have undertaken a 3 or 4-year programme, ideally including a year’s work experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.

If your degree had a shorter work placement, then we will be looking for relevant experience. We take pride in offering opportunities for career moves in any of the 14 countries in which we have main sites. For this, we are keen to look for graduates with a second language.
