Give a description of your position.

I work in Marketing for the Communication Solutions Group. Our team manages the digital marketing efforts for InfiniiVision and Infiniium Oscilloscope product lines. I am on the creative branch of the team, focusing on planning and developing digital content for oscilloscopes.

This includes managing the Keysight Oscilloscopes Facebook page, creating and editing videos for the Keysight Oscilloscopes YouTube channel, and assisting with marketing campaign development and other content creation for things like webcasts, articles, and EDMs.

What is your daily life like in your job?

Every day is different! But typically, I attend meetings, answer emails, keep up with comments and messages on the Facebook channel. I also do content development such as, filming a video, taking photos or writing an article. I love how much variety there is in my job.

How does your role Keysight complement your major and what is different about it?

I use general electrical and computer engineering knowledge from college classes and labs daily for content development and answering customer questions. What I learned from my major enables me to quickly pick up oscilloscope-specific knowledge I may not have specifically learned in school. I enjoy working on developing new skills such as video filming and editing, photography and graphic design, as well as writing and editing articles.

What is your favourite thing about Keysight?

I love my team. I love the work environment that my manager has created where we all have a great deal of ownership of our work, but will drop everything and help each other out when needed. I enjoy being on a team that values hard work and risk taking. It is so rewarding.
