Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and contribute to projects at different stages, from feasibility, planning and concept design through to detailed design, construction support and contract administration. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals across disciplines, developing the technical, communication, and project delivery skills needed to build your career in civil engineering.

You'll also benefit from AECOM's ADVANCE graduate development programme and have the opportunity to work towards professional accreditation through the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) graduate training scheme, with support to help you develop professionally and progress towards chartership.
