Martin-Baker is the world’s leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the world’s most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple - to save aircrew lives.

Join us on this mission as a RAMS Engineer where you will have the exciting opportunity to determine the reliability, Maintainability and safety of our products and in so doing will oversee the design activity to ensure reliability and maintainability specifications are met and systems are safe to operate when flying and during ejection.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting assessments, producing predictions, creating reports and producing and presenting documentation in relation to RAMS for both internal use and for our customers.

Characteristics & Skills

  • Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent
  • Have an eye for detail and getting things right
  • Practical problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate ethics and integrity in your thinking
  • Be a methodical problem Solver
