“I was initially attracted to Farrans due to their strong record of delivering high-profile projects across the UK & Ireland. Since returning as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in June 2024, I have been part of the team delivering the new Public Transport Interchange at Bristol Airport.
I have been given the opportunity to take ownership of my work while supported by a great team who have provided excellent guidance and mentorship - an approach I feel has accelerated my development.
For new graduates joining Farrans, my advice would be to spend as much time on site as possible and ask plenty of questions of your team, particularly those specialising in different areas from your own. You’ll find they’re always happy to help!”
