What attracted you to Cundall?
I really liked that Cundall offered a graduate programme that encouraged a career development and at the same time the company’s projects and values motivated me to be a part of their team.
What are your first impressions?
It’s been amazing so far. Everyone at the office is very nice and willing to help. I am really happy to work here and my team has been really supportive.
What have you been doing as part of your first few months at Cundall?
I had the opportunity to work and be exposed to projects and also learn a lot about the company’s work culture.
Are you enjoying working life (and how does it compare to your student days)?
I do enjoy working life. It’s very different than being a student. I think is more relaxed and easier to handle my tasks now that I have a fixed schedule at the office. I am able to get the work done during that period instead of being worried all day about when to finish my homework or study for an exam. At the same time, there is more responsibility because now you are dealing with real projects for clients and making mistakes at work is not the same as failing an exam at school or not attending lectures.
What are you most looking forward to over the next few months?
Work on more interesting projects and learning new things as well.
Do you have any helpful hints for someone who might be thinking of applying?
