A past and present firmly focused on the future.
In 1980 we started life as a manufacturer of extruded and moulded plastics. We’ve grown in size and scale since then, broadening our product and market offering through acquisitions and geographic expansion.
In 2014 we became listed on the London Stock Exchange. Since then, we’ve built our position around our passion for sustainability and are now a leading water and climate management group.
There’s more to joining our Early Careers Programme than simply working for one of the UK’s most progressive manufacturing companies. You’ll be helping to create a more sustainable built environment by increasing its resilience to the challenges of climate change and helping to reduce the impact the construction industry has on the natural world.
It’s a vital role, helping us to protect waterways, create green urban spaces and find more energy efficient ways to clean the air and control the climate in buildings.
Our shared culture is extremely important to how we operate as it keeps us all connected and feeling part of one team, even though we operate 13 different businesses across 26 sites. In fact, it is so fundamental that we engaged our entire workforce to identify what makes us tick. What emerged centred around what we now call our Trademark Behaviours, the unique Genuit values that enable us to be at our best.
