Life at Genuit

We’re focused on developing the diversity of our workforce, recognising the critical role this plays in sustaining the culture of innovation and creativity that is key to delivering on our ambitions.

We have committed to raising the bar for sustainability, for ourselves and for others, and want to see smarter and more sustainable policies and practices right across our industry. Working together, we will make the built environment more sustainable for generations to come.

Learning and Development

As part of our sustainability commitments, we have joined the 5% Club. This commits us to having 5% of our workforce actively involved in recognised learning and work schemes such as degree apprenticeships, graduate trainee programmes and student sponsorships.

Diversity and Inclusion

We want to be able to attract people from the widest possible talent pool. This means people of all ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities and backgrounds. We are proud to be recognised in the FTSE Women Leaders Review annual report, as one of the top 10 performers this year for Women in Leadership as well as ranking at the top of our sector.

Health, Safety and Environment

The Group aims to continuously improve the quality and safety of the working environment of all employees and has a published health, safety and environment policy that sets out the overriding principles of health and safety for all employees.

Genuit Group in the Community

Our employees across the Group are actively encouraged to participate in initiatives which help local communities, whether it's reducing the impact of climate change, raising money for local causes or supporting local education institutions and sports clubs.
