	Learning and Development As part of our sustainability commitments, we have joined the 5% Club. This commits us to having 5% of our workforce actively involved in recognised learning and work schemes such as degree apprenticeships, graduate trainee programmes and student sponsorships.

We are proud to be recognised in the FTSE Women Leaders Review annual report, as one of the top 10 performers this year for Women in Leadership as well as ranking at the top of our sector.
