General Management Graduate Scheme 

Shape your future with our 2-year Graduate Programme. Based at a Genuit UK site, this structured programme is made up of four six-month rotations designed to build your leadership and business acumen. Throughout the programme, you'll be supported by experienced mentors and leaders, helping you grow into a confident, capable professional ready to make an impact.

Functional Specialism Graduate Scheme

Focus your future with our Specialist Graduate Programme. This tailored 2-year programme is ideal for graduates looking to build deep expertise in a specific business area.

By specialising, you’ll gain:

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in your chosen field
  • Targeted development through mentoring, training, and real-world projects
  • Clear career pathways aligned with your strengths and interests
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in areas that matter to you and the business

What we offer

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time
  • Salary: £30,000 in Year 1, rising to £32,000 in Year 2
  • Bonus: Annual performance bonus of up to 10%
  • Location: Based at a UK Genuit site
  • Expenses: Business travel covered
  • Holidays: 25 days' plus bank holidays
  • Pension: Up to 8% employer contribution
  • Shares: Enrolment in our Share Save scheme.

Application Process

  • Video Submission – A short video answering “Why should we hire you?”
  • Assessment Day – Includes a group exercise and an interview with a short presentation
  • Final Interview – A one-on-one conversation with our Senior Management Team.
