Its 80 strong Customer Service Team provides exceptional levels of support and communicate clearly on project status and order progress. Going above and beyond, Nuaire provides ventilation scheme drawing services and the ‘Nuaire Health Check’, where Nuaire ensures customers’ air handling and packaged heat recovery units have been set up correctly on site, for total peace of mind.

With 500+ employees, Nuaire is the largest employer in Caerphilly and is proud to have generations of families working for the company. 10% of its workforce have served 25+ years.
