The company is also leading the industry with its Net Zero Roadmap driving both product and manufacturing processes to continually improved sustainability. As part of the Genuit Group, Nuaire has already made significant changes to its operations which have resulted in tangible reductions to its carbon emissions.

Its 80 strong Customer Service Team provides exceptional levels of support and communicate clearly on project status and order progress. Going above and beyond, Nuaire provides ventilation scheme drawing services and the ‘Nuaire Health Check’, where Nuaire ensures customers’ air handling and packaged heat recovery units have been set up correctly on site, for total peace of mind.

Nuaire’s loyal and highly skilled workforce is the key attribute to its success in delivering clean air solutions. With 500+ employees, Nuaire is the largest employer in Caerphilly and is proud to have generations of families working for the company. 10% of its workforce have served 25+ years.
