At Bentley Motors, our aim is to be the most diverse and inclusive automotive company in the world. We are committed to helping every colleague thrive as their authentic self
We celebrate the uniqueness of every individual, regardless of background, race, gender, sexual orientation, abilities or beliefs. This commitment lies at the heart of 'Belonging at Bentley'. Currently, our workforce represents 57 nationalities, reflecting the strength we derive from diverse perspectives. Guided by our Belonging at Bentley principles, we embrace differences and cultivate a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. Our colleague-led diversity and inclusion networks play a key role in driving this culture. With over 600 active participants, these networks aim to Inform, Improve and Include, creating meaningful initiatives and activities that promote inclusivity throughout the year.
Why does this matter? Because a business that mirrors its diverse society and customer base is not only stronger but more successful. Embracing diversity and inclusion enhances our teams, enriches our product offerings, and elevates our overall performance.
Together, we're building a brighter future - one defined by kindness, understanding and equal opportunities for all.
BeAccessibleThe BeAccessible Health, Wellbeing and Disability Network was created with the primary purpose of fostering dialogue, engagement, and signposting for health and wellbeing topics. The network operates through three distinct workstreams: Men's Forum, Neurodiversity and Disability, and Mental Health, Stress & Anxiety, each tailored to address specific needs and challenges within Bentley’s diverse workforce. BeAccessible’s aim is to bring visibility to health and wellbeing topics, ensuring a safe space for colleagues whilst raising awareness and improving understanding to support an inclusive culture. |
