The headquarters of Bentley Motors is located on a historic site in Crewe, Cheshire.
Our home began life as an aero-engine factory in World War II, but now it plays host to our 4,000-plus workforce. All of Bentley's operations - from design to R&D to production, plus all of Bentley's commercial functions - originate from our Crewe campus.
We continue to invest in our HQ, and are now undertaking the largest self-funded site investment programme in Bentley's illustrious 100-plus year history. The creation of our 'Dream Factory' paves the way for a new age of electrification, and a new benchmark in next-generation, digital, flexible and high-value manufacturing operations. We aim to make our site a great working environment for all Bentley colleagues.
