At Bentley Motors, we understand that AI is becoming a popular tool for job seekers. While it can be a great resource, it’s important to use it wisely to ensure your application remains personal and authentic. Here’s our advice on when and how to use AI effectively:

Be Authentic

We understand candidates are likely to use AI to support with the application process; however over-relying on AI can make your application feel impersonal and a duplication of many other applications we receive. We are keen to understand the real you, your passion, values and skills that are unique to you shine through.

Do Your Research

You can use AI to gain insights into Bentley Motors, but we recommend going onto our website and social media channels to receive the most up to date relevant information on the brand.

Application Preparation

There are AI CV tools to support you with your application. We recommend you use these to build a well formatted CV, ensuring you write your own CV which is tailored to the role you have applied for, highlighting key skills, motivations and relevant experience.

Interview Preparation

AI can support you with your interview preparation, providing interview hints and tips, as well as example questions. However, we recommend you avoid using AI in your interview because we want to see examples and experiences that are authentic to you and see your passion for the role expressed.
