We offer our interns a competitive salary of £20,000 pro rata depending on programme. You’ll get four days' holiday pro rata plus bank holidays.

The Welwyn Garden City campus also offers cool outdoor spaces, as well as ping pong tables and table football. In the office, you’ll get a laptop, supporting you to take advantage of our flexible working policy (so you can work remotely!).

Health and wellbeing

We all have wellbeing needs and these are unique and personal to everyone. Looking after your wellbeing is extremely important to us in making sure you can be your best both at work and at home, this includes taking time to look after your mental health. We have a suite of resources for wellbeing offered to all colleagues. This ranges from mindfulness and resilience training to free fruit events for our colleagues. We also have support available for our colleagues from external organisations too.
