At Dyer & Butler, we are aware of the importance of recruiting graduates and the benefit to us by training them properly. We offer a development programme to Civil Engineering Graduates and Quantity Surveying Graduates – this is a professional training scheme over a 2/3 year period, working together with the ICE (Institute of Civil Engineers) and the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). The aim is that you become professionally qualified at the end of this period.
