What can we offer you?

Your role as a Graduate Analyst will be diverse and involve supporting consultancy teams on projects. Typical activities can include gathering and manipulating information, presenting conclusions to the rest of the team, managing project plans, assessing risks and issues, and documenting client requirements. These are just a few of your roles; your duties will change continually to reflect the different needs of each client.

Our Graduate Training Programme

As a graduate your first two weeks with PA will be an intensive residential training programme, where you will join new Analysts from other practices and offices around the world. This programme will equip you with an understanding of our culture and values, give you a grounding in consulting skills and the knowledge needed as an Analyst. The programme will also help you begin to develop the practical skills needed for working with clients on assignment. In addition, Analysts may also take advantage of technical courses applicable to their chosen business area.
