Based at our site in Ringaskiddy, Ireland, our Graduate Programme is a 23-month programme designed to develop, mentor and provide practical hands-on experience, and is designed with our core values in mind; Be Caring, Be Transparent, Be Willing and Be Reliable.
During the programme (beginning September 2024) those who are successful will receive comprehensive on-boarding, training, development and mentoring.
Located in the South West of Ireland, Sterling's facility in Ringaskiddy is 11 miles outside of Cork city. Cork city sits on an island in the middle of river Lee, and is home to a variety of riverside walks, quirky museums, contemporary art, historic buildings, and even an 18th century food market.
The site is also close to the town of Cobh, known for being the Titanic's last port of call in 1912, as well we being home to a number of award-winning attractions, watersports and restaurants.
