When we spoke to the Royal Navy, what stood out to us was that the Royal Navy is a lot more than a fighting force. They engage in counter-piracy, protect UK trade routes and provide humanitarian assistance around the world.
The wide range of work the Royal Navy does creates endless opportunities for its employees. And these aren’t all work-related. From having access to state-of-the-art sports facilities, to travelling the world, the Royal Navy offers a lifestyle which just simply can’t be found anywhere else. Their 18-month placements mean that, no matter how long you’ve been in the forces, you’re always trying something new.
To find out more about what a career with the Royal Navy could offer you, watch/listen to the podcasts below.
We often visit our advertisers, spending a full day touring their facilities, speaking to their graduates/interns and working with their recruiters on content for their Company Hubs.
We can get a real ‘insight’ into their working environment, their culture and the things they are working on. We also learn about their recruitment processes and the things each company looks for in their ideal candidates.
It’s useful stuff for you to know if you’re considering applying to them – so we thought we’d share it!
