Grove Design has become expert in various fields by growing with their clients. We have a long history in the design of recycling plants and associated equipment. This expertise extends from the defining of a material flow to suit a waste stream and target recyclables, all the way through complete mechanical design, the build and support during plant commissioning.
Grove Design recently supported Lyndex Recycling Systems in a design of a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF), for the sorting of fibre products (paper, cardboard, etc). The facility needed to produce recyclable products to closely controlled quality standards whilst fitting within a predefined space spanning existing buildings. Lyndex Recycling Systems handled the fabrication, installation and plant commissioning. The end customer was delighted with the way the largely automated plant produced such a good final product with so few people.
