Engineering Power Solutions (EPS) is an independent electrical engineering consultancy delivering specialist engineering, design and power systems services for clients across the UK and internationally.
From renewable energy and power generation to manufacturing, data centres and major infrastructure, our engineers work on complex electrical challenges across a wide range of industries.
Our work includes power system studies, electrical engineering and design, grid code compliance, earthing design, arc flash assessments and other specialist consultancy services, helping clients develop safe, reliable and efficient electrical systems.
EPS has grown considerably since we were established in 2011, building a team of talented engineers and developing long-term relationships with clients across multiple sectors.
Today, we operate from offices in Stockton-on-Tees and Glasgow, supporting projects throughout the UK and further afield.
And we’re continuing to grow.
For graduates joining EPS, that means becoming part of an established consultancy with ambitious plans for the future – and plenty of opportunities to develop alongside the business.
We might be smaller than some of the engineering consultancies you’ll come across during your graduate job search, but we see that as one of our strengths. At EPS, you can make an impact early in your career.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and senior members of the business, contribute to live client projects and gain exposure to different sectors, technical disciplines and industry-leading engineering software.
Rather than being one graduate among hundreds, you’ll be known by the people you work with. Your contribution is visible, your development is personal, and as your experience grows, so does your responsibility.
It gives you the opportunity to understand not just your individual task, but how your work contributes to the wider project.
Our Stockton-on-Tees office is home to our established North-East team, while our Glasgow office represents an important part of EPS’s continued growth and our long-term ambitions in Scotland.
Whichever office you join, you’ll be part of the same collaborative team – sharing knowledge, working across projects and learning from engineers with a wide range of experience.
