Our Typical Recruitment Process
- Online Application - If you've seen a job that you're interested in, apply to find out more.
- Online Assessment - Depending on the scheme you've applied for, you may be sent an online assessment to complete.
- Video Interview - We'll ask you about your skills and experience and your motivations for applying to NFU Mutual.
- Assessment Centre - Our assessment centre gives you the chance to showcase your skills to us and demonstrate why you want a place on the graduate programme.
- Offer - Successful completion of all three stages will lead to you being offered a place on the graduate scheme with NFU Mutual.
