We offer a range of rotational schemes which focus on gaining a breadth of knowledge across the division. We also offer specialist schemes which focus on gaining depth of technical expertise. Please look to each individual advert for more details.
Yes! All schemes allow you to complete your Chartered Certificate in Insurance when you start the business. Over the course of your scheme, you will then complete a relevant professional qualification for your role. See each scheme for more details.
Throughout the scheme we work with you to identify your goals and aspirations, so that by the end of the scheme you know which type of role you’d like to offboard to permanently.
We are currently unable to sponsor visas for our graduate schemes. You must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the three-year scheme from your start date.
Our programmes start in September each year, and you must apply the year before. For example, if you apply in October 2026 to one of our schemes, you’ll start in September 2027.
Your starting salary will be £33k, plus up to 10% annual bonus, plus great benefits.
Our applications open mid-September and are typically open for six to eight weeks. However, please be aware that we do close our schemes early if we get sufficient applicants. So, please make sure you apply as soon as you can.
