There are no limits with regard to the nationality or the age of the candidates - the Global Graduate Programme is open to candidates of any nationality, of any age. The only limitation is a maximum of three years work experience. Please take this limit into consideration when applying.

The programme offers opportunities for both national (3-6 months) and international (3 or 6 months) rotations but the latter are not guaranteed. Rotational placements must have a clear learning deliverable aligned with the position you are training in.
Yes, the AGGP includes structured training, mentoring, and support to develop your professional skills and accelerate your career. You will have soft skills training and development. There is also a Development Week, in which you will join your entire cohort in our Leadership University.

The projects will vary depending on your placements, and which track of the programme you are following - projects you work on will always be linked to your career path, and your development goals.
