Like all apprenticeships you will do day or block release at a FE/HE establishment which will be broken into 20% off the job training and 80% on the job. There is a structured development programme we provide internally that covers a range of personal development and technical themes that supports what you learn on the job and at your FE/HE provider.
All our training workshops are heavily practical and grounded in real life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates currently in the business and plenty of experienced colleagues who get involved in supporting the programme.
You’ll also be offered a professional scheme mentor, to help you expand student membership of your specific chartered body.
