No, you can only apply for one role, in one country.
If you feel your relevant experience and abilities have improved since you last applied, and you satisfy the eligibility criteria, you would be welcome to apply again.
Of course. We ask that you provide details of your disability on the application form so that we may adapt the application process to best suit your needs. Please contact us by email or call +44 (0)1635 888 360 if you have any questions.
Beyond a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, we look for graduates who have a fresh, innovative mindset and an openness to new and varied experiences. You must also have excellent written and spoken English.
Your application is reviewed and sifted to check you meet the relevant eligibility criteria. If you do, you will be invited to go through to the next stage of the process.
You will receive an email informing you if you have been unsuccessful and at which stage. We provide feedback to candidates after the assessment centre stage of the process but not after the initial application stage.
Yes they will. You will be given an expense claim form at the assessment centre. Payment will be reimbursed up to four weeks after you have returned your completed form along with your receipts.
You will receive on-the-job training for each of your placements as well as a training plan with our IMI Learn (online learning) system. This is on top of an initial two-week Induction and a range of development workshops that all our graduates take part in during their programme. We also support and encourage progression towards Chartered status.
Please check the application closing date of the country you are applying to, as processes vary around the world. To avoid disappointment, we would advise you to submit your application as soon as possible. If your application is successful, you will begin employment with us in September 2024, starting with a two-week induction.
We require applicants to have the right to work in the country they are applying to. However, if you have studied in the country you have applied to, we may in certain circumstances consider converting this to a working visa. Please note this is not guaranteed and will depend on applications we receive from people who do have the right to work within the country.
