IMI was a natural career choice for me because I’ve had a passion for fluid tech and control since I was at college. I think the math behind it is interesting and fun and I enjoy working on projects around it.
Since I’ve been here, the opportunities for learning have been immense. I’ve developed new CAD skills, achieved certifications in Google Analytics, been introduced to LEAN concepts and learned how to code in VBA – all in the space of a year.
I never really knew what type of engineering role I wanted to do when I graduated. The programme has allowed me to experience lots of them, so I can now make the best choices for myself.
