We offer placements lasting from 3 months to 12 months in duration. Throughout your time with us, you’ll be contributing to live projects and learning how a global company operates while enjoying expert coaching and support.

Roy Twite joined us as a graduate in 1988. Today he’s our CEO! If you’re an ambitious and hard-working self-starter then you could follow his lead, progressing from your placement or internship onto one of our graduate programmes and, from there, as far as your talent will take you.
Progress and Development
As a placement or internship student, you’ll gain critical skills and experience by working on live projects and learning on the job. Mentors, placement managers, early careers development team members and a buddy, are on hand to provide expert coaching and support throughout. You will also be able to access a wide range of material via IMI Learn, our online learning system.
