As a finance graduate, I was looking for a company that was dedicated to developing employees and that would support me towards gaining my Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification. IMI ticked all the boxes.
I’ve been here a little over two years now and have already gained experience in three different countries (the UK, Switzerland and Poland).
One of the things I’ve particularly enjoyed about the programme is that I have not been treated as a graduate. I am seen as an important member of the team. My opinions are considered and my voice is heard.
