Your graduate journey

As a graduate trainee in the Wealth Product & Client Solutions programme, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work. This programme will see you work with teams that are focussed on strategic, long-term change aspects of our business, helping us lay the foundations for long lasting client relationships and growth.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Wealth Product & Client Solutions graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
• A growth mindset and passion for learning
• To enjoy collaborating and working as a team
• A sound sense of judgement
• Good problem-solving skills
• A strong customer-focus
