One blue marble

We are driving transformation.

What is KPMG Law?

KPMG Law is a global legal network, which operates in 81 countries and has exciting plans to expand rapidly within the next four years. We provide advice on a range of legal matters, but we're focussed on offering solutions which drive great business outcomes for our clients. By understanding the issues our clients face and drawing upon our legal expertise, as well as knowledge from wider KPMG specialists, we deliver digitally-driven solutions to help our clients grow and thrive.

KPMG Law Graduate Programme

As a KPMG Law graduate, your focus, curiosity and teamwork will help create success for yourself, and others. You’ll have access to more than 3000 legal professionals worldwide who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and broad business perspective to the work they do, giving you the support to build your legal knowledge and continue to progress your career in Law.

Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to supply rounded legal solutions inspired by a deep industry knowledge and business insights from our wider practice areas of Tax, Consulting and Deal Advisory. It's this approach that sets us apart and will give you the opportunity to experience a broad range of legal projects, with exposure to the wider KPMG network, here and abroad.

You'll work alongside, and learn from, some of the brightest minds in business as you rotate across a number of practice areas. You could find yourself on projects ranging from Deals, UK and International Business Reorganisations, Financial Services, Disputes, Workforce Compliance and Transformation to Commercial Technology and Data. Or even, Family Office and Private Client matters for our high-net-worth clients.

What we look for

KPMG is a place where you can be yourself and give your best - whoever you are and whatever your degree background. We look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See the specific programme page on our Careers Portal for entry requirements and our ‘How to Apply’ section for detailed application guidance.

Training and Benefits

With the KPMG community by your side, you’ll have the support to grow in your own way, gaining learning for a lifetime. You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications or accreditations and an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development. On the Actuarial graduate programme, you’ll study towards the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) fellowship qualification, which is the highest level of qualification attainable with the institute.

We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
