KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of member firms that offers Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law and Technology services. Through the talent of over 15,000 people, we turn insights into opportunities, making a positive difference for our clients and the communities we serve.
We are driving transformation.
Audit is the largest of our UK practices and our teams provide independent insight, challenge, and high-quality audit expertise to organisations of all shapes and sizes. Put simply, our work in audit is about examining organisations and ensuring their published accounts provide a ‘true and fair’ view of their financial position.
Through this work, we’re also committed to helping to build sustainable organisations from an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) perspective. The work we do helps to build trust in the economy and supports companies as they grow, making a meaningful difference to the businesses and communities we serve.
The role of technology in audit is becoming more significant, as organisations continue to embrace bots, Cloud, Blockchain and other platforms. Our Technology Audit teams provide assurance services across a broad spectrum of companies, on the technology related risks within their businesses.
On this programme, you’ll work alongside Financial Audit colleagues, supporting the audit in the evaluation of IT systems that underpin an organisation’s key financial processes. You’ll gain exposure to a range of businesses, as well as to the breadth of technology used by these organisations.
Whilst you don’t need to be a technical guru - our current graduates have degrees in a variety of subjects – you’ll be curious, resilient and have an appetite to learn about technology. We’ll support you to develop your technology, process, and data audit skills and empower you to build an exciting and varied long-term career with us.
KPMG is a place where you can be yourself and give your best - whoever you are and whatever your degree background. We look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See the specific programme page on our Careers Portal for entry requirements and our ‘How to Apply’ section for detailed application guidance.
With the KPMG community by your side, you’ll have the support to grow in your own way, gaining learning for a lifetime. You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications or accreditations and an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development. On the Actuarial graduate programme, you’ll study towards the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) fellowship qualification, which is the highest level of qualification attainable with the institute.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
