They work in a variety of middle and back-office roles to support the frontline activities of our Commercial Banking and Global Banking businesses. This programme is for individuals who wish to apply their analytical skills across a variety of situations. This could include understanding root cause analysis for business problems, defining business outcomes and associated routes to achieving them, as well as driving key change initiatives.

During your programme induction and initial training, you will learn about the different areas of Commercial Banking and Global Banking before embarking on a series of six-month placements.
Placement rotations exist across Strategic Transformation Programmes, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, and each of the core departments which form the Wholesale Chief Operating Office, providing you with a broad understanding of the bank.
