Stage 1 – Your application
Our adverts will be live for you to submit your application from October 2nd.
You can still apply after this date if the role remains open to applications. However, you do so with the knowledge that we may not proceed with your application if the role is filled in the first assessment window.
Stage 2 – Assessment and Selection
With so many graduate opportunities at Jacobs we will be completing the assessment and selection process over a 3-month period. This will take place between November to January.
What can you expect? You will be asked to self-record a short, 5-minute Solo Video Interview, responding to a few pre-set questions that we set. These questions will give you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself and your careers aspirations. If you’re successfully selected for the next round you’ll next be invited to a face-to-face interview, giving you the opportunity to see what life at Jacobs could look like.
Stage 3 – Offer
If you are successful at interview, you’ll receive an offer from us and upon acceptance, will be invited to join our online community - so you can connect with your future colleagues! You will engage also with your new line manager who will help you settle in.

If successful at interview you will receive an offer from us, inviting you to start your 8-week Summer Internship in July. Upon successful completion of your Summer Internship, you will be considered for a Graduate role on the Graduate Development Programme the following year, following the successful completion of your degree.
