Our GDP framework blends experiential learning, curated content, and reflective exercises to enhance your skill development. The programme is designed to be immersive, with a significant portion of your learning happening on the job. You’ll collaborate with your manager and mentor to gather the most impactful learning experiences tailored to your growth.
