Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Bristol office, where you will help grow a local civil engineering team delivering water projects across the South West and nationally.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be integrated with our wider civil team across the South West, working on both local and national projects. You will collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, hydraulic modellers and CAD technicians to turn ideas into real-world solutions.
Stantec is involved in multiple AMP8 frameworks across the UK water sector, supporting water companies to solve real-world challenges brought on by climate change. Our work helps secure safe, clean drinking water for communities and improve water quality in rivers and streams by supporting clients to meet evolving regulations and compliance requirements. Projects include pumping stations, pipelines, treatment works and wider infrastructure improvements for water company clients.
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative project team, with support from Senior and Principal Civil Engineers, you will help solve engineering problems and support the delivery of civil design work from concept through to detailed design and construction. Your core responsibilities include:

This role will help deliver better outcomes for communities and the environment by supporting projects that address some of the biggest challenges facing the UK water sector.
