Join our 2027 (Autumn) Graduate Programme as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in our Manchster office, where you will be part of a market-leading Buildings discipline.
You'll join our North West Buildings team, based in Manchester, where you'll work alongside 17 Building Services and Sustainability professionals. As a graduate, you'll benefit from close collaboration with experienced engineers and senior mentors, providing excellent support for your professional development.
Our team delivers a wide range of multidisciplinary projects, working closely with colleagues across Civil & Structural Engineering, Geotechnics, Transport Planning, Acoustics, Fire Engineering, and other specialist disciplines. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from our wider Building Services teams across the North East and Scotland, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects and expertise from across the business.
Our Building Services, Energy and Sustainability team works closely with clients and design teams from the earliest project stages, helping shape designs and deliver high-performing, sustainable buildings. We support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from feasibility and concept design through to construction, handover and aftercare, across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, logistics, and science & research.

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. Along with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Electrical engineering or building services engineering subject, a knowledge of Revit, Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM would be beneficial, and a keen interest in working in the Buildings sector, you'll be:
