Join our 2027 (Autumn) Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office, where you'll be part of a market-leading Community Development discipline.
Based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office, you'll join a collaborative Civil Engineering team supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and highways projects across Scotland, alongside local development projects within the region. The team forms part of Stantec's wider national Transport business, giving you access to multidisciplinary expertise and opportunities to work on projects across the UK.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll gain exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept design through to detailed design and construction. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll contribute to the design of major highway and infrastructure schemes, developing skills in highway alignment, pavement design, drainage design and project delivery while building a strong foundation for your career.
