Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Brighton office, where you will work with high-profile water-sector clients and contribute to projects that make a real difference to the communities we live in.
As a graduate, you will collaborate with your team and the wider Stantec community to deliver innovative solutions to our clients, while developing your engineering expertise and knowledge in a truly multidisciplinary and creative environment.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest water clients in the industry and make a real difference from the very beginning. Through your project work, you will help support the development of practical engineering solutions that improve water infrastructure and respond to client and community needs.
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative project team, with support and guidance from Senior and Principal Civil Engineers, you will solve engineering problems and support the development of designs for water-sector projects. Your day-to-day work may include engineering calculations, design development, drawings, reports, presentations and site visits to collect and collate data. Your core responsibilities include:
We are committed to supporting employees in achieving relevant professional qualifications and accreditation. You’ll be given dedicated mentoring to support you in your journey to Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
This role will help deliver better outcomes for communities and the environment by supporting projects that improve water infrastructure and respond to the needs of clients and communities. Your work will contribute to practical, sustainable engineering solutions that help shape the places where we live and work.
