The Programmes

Moving beyond your degree

Joining a group of Siemens engineering and business graduates generates the kind of excitement you only get when you’re onto something special. Over two stimulating years, you’ll weigh up your opportunities as you explore our business.

Most importantly, we’ll advance your skills to a professional level and give you the ability to choose your own career path. Wherever in the world that takes you, Siemens sets you up for success and rewards.

"From a personal development perspective, Siemens offers me everything I need and more. My mentor supports me towards chartership but over and above this, I feel my skills are invested in as an engineer, a business person and a human being. Siemens has given me a deep insight into who I am and how I work. I understand my strengths - but I know my weaknesses too. This directs my focus so I can be the best I can be."

Chloe Jarman, Graduate Engineer, Siemens Smart Infrastructure
