Shape future tax decisions through insight and real impact.
EY 2026 Graduate and Student Opportunities
Programme overview
On the Tax Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by working with businesses to help them navigate evolving tax rules to make informed decisions that drive growth and compliance. You’ll analyse financial information, apply relevant legislation and collaborate with experienced teams to deliver practical solutions, building technical knowledge and commercial insight needed to support clients and your career.
The power of local. The impact of global.
In Northern Ireland, you'll build your career where you can see the difference you make. You'll work alongside local businesses, communities and colleagues while gaining access to EY's global network, clients and opportunities. It's the best of both worlds: the close-knit culture and support of a growing Northern Ireland team, combined with the scale, technology and impact of a global organisation.
