Throughout the 2-year programme, you’ll experience different teams in our support office, developing new skills and learning about the business every day. You’ll also spend time in one of our retail stores to understand our customers and what their needs are. We are food makers and shop keepers, and together, we make Morrisons. We’re looking for graduates who have motivation to succeed and are ready to make some impactful decisions. You need to be a great communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse team of people.
