Throughout the 2-year programme, you’ll complete a number of placements within our business. These will help you gain an in-depth understanding of the people teams across our main business areas: Manufacturing, Logistics and our Central people team. We’re looking for graduates who will take responsibility for problems that arise and resolve them, have the motivation to succeed and a real passion for people management. You need to be flexible and willing to relocate for the scheme to the Leeds & Bradford area.
You should be a great communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse team of people. Candidates also need a minimum 2:1 in any degree subject, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Other key qualities we want to see include:
