All our graduates join our Professional Development Scheme, which is accredited by five professional institutions (IMechE, RAeS, IET, RINA & IoP). You will be assigned a mentor who will work with you to develop your own individual development plan so that you can gain the necessary skills and experience to become Chartered. To enable you to achieve your full potential we will give you the opportunity to spend extended periods of time working in other technical groups as well as on our clients’ sites.
