As a year in industry placement student in our Sustainability & Environmental Assurance Group, you will be joining a friendly, open, dynamic and motivated team spread across our Bristol, Warrington, Burton, and Gloucester offices. You will work with, and learn from, industry leading experts in decarbonisation, environmental management and sustainability. You will be mentored by senior members of the team and supported by newer members of the team, some of whom who joined us as graduates last year.
What you’ll be doing at Frazer-Nash?
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will support multidisciplinary sustainability, environmental and decarbonisation projects across the Defence, Energy & Transport sectors. As you grow in confidence, you will be encouraged to take on greater levels of project management and business development responsibilities. You will also have opportunities to influence the direction and growth of our sustainability and environmental assurance services.
The projects you work on, and manage, will develop your technical knowledge and understanding across a broad range of environmental and sustainability disciplines. This will encompass the development of environmental management systems for nationally significant acquisition projects, through to helping clients manage strategic risks and opportunities associated with decarbonisation and the transition to a low carbon economy. You will work with, and learn from, colleagues from a range of technical backgrounds including engineers, project managers, economists and world leading experts in the fields of renewable technologies, defence, nuclear energy, autonomy, space, asset management, data & cyber
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to be predicted to obtain, a 2:1 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You may also have relevant experience from university courses, & modules, similar to any of the following list:
The nature of our work means that we sometimes require staff to access Government material, it is therefore necessary for all of our employees to gain appropriate security clearance. We will decide if we can successfully gain full clearance on your behalf based on the content of your application.
