It has officially been two years since I started on the graduate scheme at United Utilities!
In the my second year here I have completed a number of placements and projects including spending time as an Incident Response Manager learning to proactively think on my feet to prioritise and deal with urgent enquiries; leading on the establishment of a company-wide contingency plan exposing me to areas of the business I was yet to engage with, supporting on a water optimisation project developing my understanding of Systems Thinking and conducting data analysis into key customer journey routes to determine root causes and potential opportunities for further improvements for both customers and colleagues.
