Once you’ve settled in, we’ll be strongly supporting you to achieve industry standard and professional qualifications related to your sector, including:
"UU stood out to me because it’s the only IChemE accredited graduate scheme in the water industry."
James, Assistant Area Engineering Manager
The CEO challenge will be a highlight and a lasting memory of the graduate scheme. This is your chance to get to know your fellow graduates, get out and about the business and bring some innovative thinking to United Utilities.
"My favourite part of the graduate scheme so far would have to be the development in the technology I first picked up as part of the CEO challenge. During the challenge, I trialled a new piece of equipment. Since the trial, it’s become a live project, led by myself. Getting the equipment powered up and running to help solve a business need, which is saving UU money was a great feeling."
Simon, Graduate Electrical Engineer
