Reflecting on a fantastic few days at The Brathay Trust with the Genuit Early Careers 2024 Cohort. Brathay Trust is a non-profit making organisation that deliverers experiential residential programmes at a dedicated centre in the heart of the Lake District.
Over the 3 days together the cohort of colleagues currently on our Graduate training programmes and year in industry placements, explored putting our Trademark Behaviours into practise by taking on a range of challenges.
It was great to see the cohort #workingtogether & supporting each other to push themselves outside of their comfort zones, along with challenging to #findabetterway when maybe the first plan didn't quite work out!
