Our team is responsible for all online touch points from home delivery and Click+Collect to customers shopping in store. We know our customers want to be able to shop and engage from any device with a simple, stress-free, quick and easy shopping experience. We lead the way with online shopping for customers. Discovering customer trends are important and helps us to engage with our customers in new and different ways.
Our teams work in collaboration to support each area to help maximise our online opportunities, while working with analytics and technology to create the best experience for our customers. On our ten week programme you will gain a great understanding of the industry and have the chance to make a real impact on our business.
As you get stuck into your paid 10 week internship, you’ll learn about multiple parts of the business. Whether it’s working within our Online Development teams to understand customer trends and help shape and evolve the business to be fit for the future, or working within our Online Operations teams to help deliver against our sales targets or manage the day to day content on our sites. It will be a project led internship with great opportunities to network, learn and experience across online.
If you’re curious and like solving problems then this is definitely the programme for you. You will need the ability to think critically, work as part of a team and use logic and creative thinking to help improve our service for customers. You must be predicted a 2:2 degree.
