We pride ourselves on the support our trainees receive on the programme – which starts even before your very first day in school. You’ll come together as new trainees for Summer School over two weeks in August to learn about the programme, educational theory and practice so that you feel confident in your role when you enter the classroom in September.
You’ll be fully supported by your tutor, in-school coach, fellow trainees and weekly training sessions throughout your training year to ensure you have the tools you need to feel confident and prepared as you develop into a fantastic teacher.
